Matters Page

The Matters page shows a data grid that is the primary means of finding and opening matters. The grid is filterable and users can open an individual Matter Page by clicking on the Matter Ref or the view icon.

Note the scrollbar on the bottom of the list which allows users to scroll horizontally to see all the available columns.

Tip

If a matter is not displaying in the list, remove all the applied filters by clicking on the Clear button.

The ellipsis button allows users to set the priority of an individual matter - this allows users to pin matters to the top of the matters list.

It is possible to export the contents of the matters that appear in the list by clicking the Actions button

Quick Filters

Users can narrow down the matters displayed in the grid by entering text in row directly beneath the column headers. They can also select one of the pre-defined quick filters by clicking on the Quick Filters buton.
