Reports Overview

The Reports page in LawPilot365 provides users with a centralized location to access, generate, and review a wide variety of reports related to practice management activities. This section is designed to help users gain insights into their firm’s operations, financials, and case progress through easy-to-read, exportable reports.

  • Comprehensive Report Library: Access a range of pre-built reports covering billing, time tracking, client activity, matter status, financial summaries, and more.
  • Customizable Filters: Refine report data by date range, matter, client, user, or other relevant criteria to focus on the information you need.
  • Export Options: Download reports in multiple formats (such as PDF or Excel) for sharing, archiving, or further analysis.
  • Interactive Data Grids: Sort, search, and drill down into report data directly within the application for deeper insights.
  • Scheduled Reports: (If enabled) Set up automated report generation and delivery to your inbox or team members.
  1. Navigate to Reports: Open the Reports section from the main sidebar or dashboard.
  2. Select a Report Type: Choose from the available report categories (e.g., Financial, Activity, Matter, User Performance).
  3. Apply Filters: Use the filter panel to specify the data range, matter, client, or other parameters.
  4. Generate Report: Click the generate or view button to display the report on screen.
  5. Export or Print: Use the export options to download or print the report as needed.
